RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS: Due to the intimate nature of our facilities, last-minute cancellations and no shows greatly affect us. We require credit card information or an Egia gift card number to hold appointments, and request 24-hour notice should your schedule change. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to the value of your reserved services.

PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks. Spa charges and policies are subject to change without notice.

SPA ARRIVAL: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa session to allow for check-in, changing and a little pre-treatment relaxation time. While we will attempt to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee the full service.

GIFT CARDS: We are happy to help you create any assortment of services or dollar amount in a beautifully arranged gift presentation. Gift cards can be mailed anywhere in the United States via the US Postal Service at no additional charge. Rush shipping options are available and may incur an additional fee. Free e-gift cards are available at www.egiadayspa.com. Gift cards are transferable but NON-refundable. Sorry, we are unable to reissue lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat your gift cards as if it were cash.
