Emphasis is placed on muscles and joints, to improve circulation, and relieve mental and physical fatigue. Prenatal massage includes Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular and movement and may be applied throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period. Our prenatal massage “delivers” on comfort and wellness throughout your pregnancy and beyond.

Hot Stone Massage

Comforting and deeply relaxing, our Hot Stone Massage begins with placing smooth, flat, heated basalt stones, on specific parts of your body. Perfect for this treatment, basalt stones are a type of volcanic rock that retains heat.
